Eugeni Quitllet is a Spanish industrial designer born in 1972 in Ibiza. Known for his futuristic yet accessible approach to design, Quitllet studied at La Llotja Art School in Barcelona. His career gained international momentum through his collaborations with renowned designer Philippe Starck, leading to a series of iconic furniture and product designs. Quitllet’s work is characterized by fluid forms, a strong sense of innovation, and a seamless blend of technology and art. Over the years, he has created designs for major global brands such as Kartell, Vondom, Alias, and Christofle, establishing himself as a creative force in contemporary design.

Description

One of Quitllet’s standout creations is the Pulp Table, a sculptural piece that exemplifies his fascination with organic, almost biomorphic shapes. The table features a smooth, flowing silhouette that appears to be molded rather than constructed, suggesting a natural growth process rather than traditional manufacture. The Pulp Table has become popular in both residential and commercial settings for its modern, space-age aesthetic and versatility. Its popularity stems from its striking visual impact and ability to harmonize with a wide range of interiors, making it both a statement piece and a functional object.
